Vinay founded APR Capital after over two decades across public equities, credit and special situations investing at Merrill Lynch / Bank of America, J.P. Morgan and Pioneer Investments.

APR applies public equity judgement, special situations discipline and institutional capital stewardship to acquiring enduring industrial businesses. We emphasise disciplined structures, cash generation and resilience before pursuing upside.
